My only complaint was the time it took to get the heater repaired. It was in the middle of the winter and it took a week for the repair to be done, but the repair was done in the time frame of the warranty contract. The agent that I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the programs and went over all of my questions in detail. He took the time to go over the terms and conditions of policy and was very professional throughout the entire purchase. I was able to customize my program with the agent and he made sure everything I needed would be covered. About four months into my policy I had an issue with my air conditioning system. The repair was completed the next day and my tenants were really happy because it was the middle of summer. Although there were a couple of times I was unsure of what they covered, if they indeed didn’t cover it, they explained why, showed me where on the contract it stated such, and helped me get the fixes I needed (on my dime though).
