My only complaint was the time it took to get the heater repaired. It was in the middle of the winter and it took a week for the repair to be done, but the repair was done in the time frame of the warranty contract. ''Have used these guys since I bought the house in 2000. Have continued to use even after we moved out and decided to keep as a rental property.
