''I was searching for a while for a warranty on a second home that I rent out for most of the year. It took me longer than expected because I wasn’t very comfortable with any of the companies that I spoke with. Then I called State Wide Warranty and was finally able to make my decision. The agent that I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the programs and went over all of my questions in detail. He took the time to go over the terms and conditions of policy and was very professional throughout the entire purchase. I was able to customize my program with the agent and he made sure everything I needed would be covered. About four months into my policy I had an issue with my air conditioning system. The repair was completed the next day and my tenants were really happy because it was the middle of summer. HSA

''We have HSA for last 5 years. Old house and every year there is something or another that needs fixing. Heating Unit, Humidifier, Washer, Dryer, Microwave..all has gone wrong and everytime I was glad to know that I can call one number for assistance and they take care of all. I never had to deal with finding the right contractors or being worried about getting overcharged etc. As required HSA has repaired the unit, ordered new parts and recently the microwave over on top of our gas range went bad, after a mechanic's review HSA advised that they would rather buy us a new one that try to make costly repair. We neeed a particular color that was not readily available through their standard vendors, so they asked us to find the right one and they will re-imurse up to $429. Within a week I had a new unit installed (or our liking-we went to sears and picked it up) and a check from HSA for $429. I will continue with them. --Ranjan''

Liberty Home Protection

''I had problems at rental property with AC the contractor they sent was kinda shady he was trying to get money from me and the warranty company but the warranty company found him out and they paid for the repairs, they were very helpful and the work is still not complete because the contractor didnt finish the job but they are working on trying to get the ac running to full capacity. It is working but the upstairs isnt cooling like the downstairs which they promise to fix I can say I am pleasantly surprised with the company.. -Robin''
